Your items(s) will be processed in the order in which they were received, Processing typically takes 1-3 days this does not include actual time in the mail, so it may take a couple days once it is shipped to get to you. If you need your order to be rushed, please select the expedited processing at the time of check out and your order will go to the top of our list. Explicit Essentials will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen items once they have been shipped.
Your happiness is our goal so if something is physically wrong with the item upon receiving it, we will be more than happy to replace it with proof. I do NOT offer exchanges, replacements or returns for any reason other than a mistake on my part in the creation of the item. Please message us in case of any grievance or complaint and we would be happy to resolve it for you with two options. 1. Exchange your item for store credit and we’ll put that amount towards something else in our shop once we’ve received the item back in good condition. 2. Return your item for a full refund. For an exchange or refund please message us 2 days after you’ve received the items. We will not accept returns or exchanges 14 days after the item has been sold.
Buyer is responsible for return postages and all fees associated with returning the items.
