I do NOT offer exchanges, replacements or returns for any reason other than a mistake on my part in the creation of the item. . Please message us in case of any grievance or complaint and we would be happy to resolve it for you with two options. 1. Exchange your item for store credit and we’ll put that amount towards something else in our shop once we’ve received the item back in good condition. 2. Return your item for a full refund. For an exchange or refund please message us 2 days after you’ve received the items. We will not accept returns or exchanges 14 days after the item has been sold.
